Does Venice Suites offer Internet?

Yes, all guests can enjoy complimentary access to Wi-Fi Internet.

Do you offer on-site dining?

No, but there are several restaurants within walking distance from our property. Stop by our front desk to get local recommendations.

What time is check-in, and what time is check-out?

Check-in is 3 pm. Check-out is 11 am. We may store your luggage for you, and you may also use our roof deck until your room is ready if you arrive early.

Do you allow pets?

No, pets are not allowed. Presence of an unapproved pet will result in an additional $250 fee. Please note, service animals must be approved at check-in to avoid fees.

What is the cancellation policy?

We have a strict 3-day cancellation policy. Cancellations made more than 3 days prior to arrival will receive a deposit refund. Cancellations within 3 days of arrival will result in a forfeiture of the first night's deposit.

Do all the units have kitchens?

At Venice Suites, we provide full kitchens with modern 2 burner stoves, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, pots, plates, glassware, and silverware.

Do you offer extended stay lodging?

Yes, we offer special rates for extended stay lodging in LA. Whether it's for 5 nights or more than a week, learn more here.

Is parking included?

While we do not offer onsite parking, limited parking is available in a secured lot nearby and is $10 per day.
