*We have a select amount of spaces at a nearby parking lot, which is just a short walk away from the suites (roughly five minutes.)
Do you allow pets?
Yes! We allow up to 2 dogs per room and require a $150 fee per dog. Service dogs are exempt from the pet fee. Regular damage fees do apply if applicable.
Is parking included?
While onsite parking is not included, limited parking is available in a secured lot nearby and is $20 per day.
Does each of the units have a kitchen?
Guests can enjoy a full kitchens with all the essential appliances in every unit at Venice Suites. This includes 2 burner stoves, a microwave, a refrigerator, and a coffee machine. Plus, you'll find all the cooking utensils you need (glassware, silverware, plates, and pots.)
Does Venice Suites have free WiFi?
Yes we do. At Venice Suites, each guest can enjoy free access to high-speed WiFi Internet with ease.
Do you have dining on-site at Venice Suites?
We don't offer on-site dining at Venice Suites. However, guests can enjoy great restaurants just steps away from our front door. We encourage you to come to the front desk and ask about recommendations if you're looking for some options.
When can I check-in? And when can I check-out?
You can check-in at Venice Suites at 3 pm. When you leave, check-out is at 11 am. We may store your luggage for you, and you can also spend some time on our roof deck until we have the suite ready for you if you arrive early.
Do you offer extended stay lodging?
Yes, we offer special rates for extended stay lodging in LA. Whether it's for 5 nights or more than a week, learn more here.
What is the cancellation policy?
We have a strict 3-day cancellation policy. Cancellations made more than 3 days prior to arrival will receive a deposit refund. Cancellations within 3 days of arrival will result in a forfeiture of the first night's deposit.
