Views of the Building

Now complete and ready for finishing touches ...  These photos show the nice spaces now ready for occupancy back at the end of January 2001.  We had just finished the remodel and were shaking the last of the construction dust off.

The outside is looking good and now ready for tenants...

417 Ocean Front Walk with it's new renovated front looking great.

The inside of the units have many new and upgraded features.  Hardwood floors and new windows.  

The front units views are just the greatest.  See the view out this window!  The units on the fourth floor and have extra high ceilings.

The Kitchens are updated to the best modern equipment.
Sink in a marble countertop.  Dishwasher, built-in cook top and a under the cabinet microwave.  On the counter will be a toaster oven and the cupboards will be stocked.

The necessary...  Bathroom is functional, clean, neat, stylish.

The frosted glass door is a great way to keep the light and modern feel of the apartments.  Hope you like it too.
