Harry Perry sings and plays his guitar for everyone along Venice's famous
boardwalk. Here he is in front of the newly renovated Venice Suites
building.
In the background the management team and contractor are working out the final details for the remodel of the front entry way.
The Beach was lovely and the weather delightful. Many who were out visiting for the Rose Bowl parade and football game came down to the Beach for the great day.
This is the view form ground level in front of the 417 Ocean Front Walk
building.

And this is NOT a crowded day. This view is from the second floor front
unit.
Looking Northwest along the beach boardwalk from the second floor fire escape on
the front of the building. You can see the buildings up in Santa Monica up
the path. The tall white one is at the foot of Wilshire Blvd.
And finally the view looking strait out at the beach...
Looks like a nice place to fend off the cold winter doldrums doesn't it?
