All of our Venice Beach California properties are fully furnished extended stay suites. Unlike a full service hotel, we do not have room service, a bell boy, concierge or a restaurant on-site, instead our Venice Beach locations go the extra mile to bridge the gap between hotel and home. With incredible ocean views, affordable rates and full kitchens in every apartment we offer guests the chance to live like a local in comfort and style.

Q. Is parking included?
A.Yes, we provide complimentary underground parking a few short blocks away.
Q. How close are you to the beach?
A.Venice Suites is directly ocean facing located right on the Venice Beach and Boardwalk. We have incredible ocean views from our roof deck and from many of our suites.
Q. Does the kitchen come with a full kitchen?
A.Yes, at Venice Suites we provide fully fitted kitchens. You will have a two ring electric burner, a microwave, a coffee machine, pots, plates, glassware, knives and forks and cooking utensils, etc.
Q. What size beds are in the rooms?
A.All of our beds are Queen sized. Unfortunately we do not have any King size beds. The one bedroom units also have a double fold out sleeper. We can put a single rollaway bed in your apartment at no extra cost.
Q. Do you have twin rooms?
Q. Is there an additional fee if 2 or more people stay in a room?
A.No. The room rate is fixed regardless of how many people stay in the room.
Q. How many people can stay in each room?
A.We allow a maximum of 3 people in a studio, and 5 people in a one bedroom apartment.
Q. Is there a restaurant on site?
A.No. We do not have a restaurant or room service. This is a converted apartment complex offering self service, fully furnished apartments. We are not a hotel. However, there are scores of great restaurants within walking distance, many of whom offer free delivery. You can also save money by cooking in your own kitchen.
Q. Is there a gym on site?
A.No, we do not have a gym or a pool. However, tenants who stay for 1 month or more get discounted rates at nearby world famous Gold's Gym. Just take your contract to the front desk.
Q. Do you have AC?
A.No we do not have AC at Venice Suites. We have fans and ocean breezes. Air conditioning is rarely needed.
Q. Will there be someone there to check me in if I arrive early in the morning or late at night?
A.Arriving any time is no problem. We are not a hotel, so we do not have a front desk, but we give everyone a lock box combination and keys and instructions are located inside so arriving any time is no problem.
Q. What time can I check in?
A.Check in time is 1pm. If you need an earlier check in, it is essential that you contact the manager in advance as your room may be occupied before 12:30.
Q. What time is check out?
A.Your check out time is noon. It is essential that you observe this check out time as another guest may have rented the room from 1pm. If you would like to request a late check out, please talk to your on site manager to avoid incurring any late check out fees, and/ or inconveniencing the next guest.
Q. What is the cancellation policy?
A.We require 10 days notice to cancel stays of less than 30 days, and 30 days notice for stays of 30 + days. A full refund will be received if these time frames are observed.
Q. Is maid service daily?
A.Maid service is weekly. Additional visits may be arranged for $30/ visit.
Q. Is there a cleaning fee?
A.There is no additional fee for maid service or on check out.
Q. Are there any additional fees?
A.No. Unlike a Hotel we do not charge extra for parking, high speed internet access, or the movie channel. There are no additional fees.
Q. Do you have floor plans?
A.We do not have floor plans for Venice Suites. However you can see pictures of our suites at www.venicesuites.com.
Q. What is the best way to get there from the airport?
A.You can hail a cab at the airport. It will cost $25 - $35 and take 20 mins – 40 mins depending on traffic. You could also get the Pacific Coast Shuttle Bus for approx $17 per person. Officials outside arrivals will direct you to the correct terminal. For regular bus information call 1 800 COMMUTE for a live operator who will give you bus information for all of Los Angeles.
Q. What do I have to do to check out?
A.Simply leave your keys and parking pass in the envelope provided on the office door and pass it through the mail slot in the door. We hope you enjoy your stay!
Q. Is Venice Safe?
A. Venice Beach is a beautiful urban beach community. it has a a very diverse population with a lot of homeless people living just outside multi-million dollar properties. Every type of person, ethnicity and income level is represented here, inlcuding many single women, young hipsters, families with kids and many retirees. If you are coming from another urban environment you will be fine; if you are coming from a more rural, small-town area you may feel a little intimidated. The secured parking garage is an approximate 7-minute walk back to the building. Like in any city, put on your urban face of confidence and you will be fine. Do not feel obligated to respond to panhandlers.
NOTE: In February of 2012 the LAPD started enforcement of the closing of Ocean Front Walk and the Beach from 12.00 midnight to 5.00 am; they are all part of the park system. This has significantly reduced the night time homeless population as they have been forced to move to other locales.
